Delivery is FREE on all orders.

 

REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over £50. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 28 days of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@hagleywest.com or calling Customer Service on +44 (0) 330 223 0907

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been worn, sized or had its original tags removed Hagley West will not accept the returned item. So please inspect the item fully as soon as it arrives.

Any orders purchased from the 01/11/19 have an extended returns period until the 31/01/2020.

Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition, and accompanied by the original sales invoice.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit/debit card or Paypal account.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hagleywest.com
