Job Summary: 

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive business growth. The individual will oversee marketing activities, including market research,advertising, promotions, and public relations.The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing strategies: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop comprehensive marketing plans to reach the target audience and achieve business objectives.
  1. Brand management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  1. Advertising and promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, such as print, digital, social media, and television. Manage promotional activities, including discounts, contests, and special events.
  1. Digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  1. Content creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blogs, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. Ensure content is aligned with the brand message and resonates with the target audience.
  1. Public relations: Manage media relations and communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation. Develop and distribute press releases, handle media inquiries, and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers
  1. Team management: Lead and manage the team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  1. Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Monitor expenses and report on marketing activities' return on investment (ROI).
  1. Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and market dynamics. Conduct regular research of marketing campaigns, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  1. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Provide insights and support for new product launches and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or extensive experience.
  • Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Initially working from home but with time start to work from HQ in Berkhamsted with the CEO.
