As a Videographer at Hagley West, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and engaging video content. Your primary responsibilities include filming, editing, and leveraging your creative skills to captivate our audience. We're seeking an experienced videographer with a deep understanding of social media trends and a knack for storytelling.
- Film and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Apply creative editing techniques to enhance raw footage, crafting compelling narratives that engage and inspire our audience.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop storyboards and shot lists for upcoming video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversee all aspects of post-production, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and tracking creative assets after delivery.
- Monitor the performance of video content through analytics, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop a profound understanding of Hagley West's brand identity and values, translating them into captivating visual stories.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Manager to produce creative video content in line with the brand strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience working in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production work, demonstrating a solid foundation in the technical aspects of video creation.
- Strong storytelling skills are crucial in content creation. You should be able to craft compelling narratives that engage and resonate with the target audience.
- Proven work experience with content creation on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with a portfolio displaying your ability to create engaging and innovative content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and software, particularly Adobe video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), is important.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas that align with Hagley West Watches.
- Genuine interest and passion for staying ahead of the curve when it comes to digital content and social media trends.
- Ability to travel is required. Travel might be necessary for on-location shoots, events, or other content-related activities.
